The creation or appreciative art is used to help people explore emotions and develop self awareness, cope with stress, boost self esteem and work on social skills.
This course combines the philosophy of mindfulness within different steps of art skills. In this process you do intensive study of different therapeutic art and painting techniques and make some beautiful paintings and artworks symbolic of your inner and outer world.
